SELF-ADMITTED MANAGER REFUSE TO COMPLY

I bought a prepaid cell phone. When I reached the door of the store I realized it doesn't have wi-fi, walked back & asked if they could please exchange it with a phone with wi-fi, because it is of no use to me without wi-fi. The lady who assisted me, Sharon Majola, was very friendly & said they could but she has to hear from the manager. The manager, Mongie Mzotwana, stretched her neck to a position where she could first see who is asking, when she saw us she said no. Ms Majola said to her that we just bought the phone & asked her again, she refused. Ms Majola said we should check with Edgars to exchange it. At Edgars they told me they couldn't, Jet could & should have voided the transaction & exchanged the phone & took my details to report the manager. I went back to Jet & confronted the manager. I told her that she was wrong, that she should void the transaction & exchange my phone, the reason why she refuses is because she is an utter & she admitted it saying: "Yes I am" & said she will not exchange the phone. Jet should've more discretion appointing such a person as a manager who refuses to comply with policies when it concerns people of other races than her own.
