My sister and I bought on the 10th of March shirts for her wedding. We realized that the shirts were too small and that the one shirt had white marks on it. We did not get much time to exchange. Yesterday (08/04/13) we went to Edgars in vaal mall to exchange the products. The lady at the exchange counter told us that it was more than 30 days. I told her that it was not yet 30 days. She looked at me disgusted and called the manager. The manager (Godfrey) arrived with a manner you can see he is not willing to help you and started a fight with us about the shirts. He told us that the one shirt was washed and we ensured him that it was not. Even if the case was that it was whashed the shirt shouldn't get marks like that. The manager treated with no respect and doesn't have any people skills. I am a regular customer and buy all my clothing there, but this is utterly dissapointing to see that a person like that is a manager in one of your stores. I want these items to be exchanged and an apology from Godfrey.
