Costs incurred yet still no receipt of item paid 4

In September Kraft had their courier service collect a box of Astros from me, as the product was terrible. They promised to have the replacement vouchers processed as soon as they had receipt of the product at their premises. We are now heading towards the end of November and I still do not have a replacement of the product I purchased. Rightfully, the product was my property, since I had paid for it, yet months later and after many costs incurred on calls, I am still begging for what is rightfully mine. The product was purchased for use at a birthday party which took place in September, but could not be used, so this defeated the purpose of having bought the item. I no longer need the item since the party is long passed but Kraft will not refund the money, so I am placed under duress to accept something that I do not need or purchase alternate items from Kraft which I do not want... quite frankly, I do not wish to ever support the purchase of their products based on the manner in which I have been treated by their very rude staff. I have now spent a lot of money on calls which is a huge loss for me, but clearly they are interested in the losses that they cause their customers!
