MANAGERESS WITH NO CUSTOMER SEVICE SKILLS!!!

Need I say more, I went into the store today with one of your dog seat car covers that is practically new which I do not use everyday, I had taken my dog for a hair cut yesterday when the incident happened. His one front leg went right through the canvass, I did not have the till slip anymore so I was not expecting a refund and wanted to just replace it because it is a very useful item to have when you have dogs. I was directed to your customer service counter where the cashier called a man by the name of Given who came to look at the cover he then went over to Mrs Joubert who was standing at the end of your till points buying something who looked up at me then looked away again to carry on what she was doing. Given showed her the cover and she must have said no exchange she did not even bother coming up to me, she sent Given to come and tell me and before she walked off I told her I was going to write a report on Hello Peter. she looked at me and said that's fine and walked off. Do you need people like that in your stores I don't think so.
