I have always wonderd y people take the tym to complain on helo Peter!

I had one of worse service from a person who is supposed to be a store manager..my gf bought a jean for me and I was not there..I went to change it today..to my suprise the code on da slip was for another item than this one..so the cashier who is the same person who sold this jean to my gf..calls da manager..

he comes and tel me we wont change it..so whos fault is it that the codes were different surely the must have been a problem with the printer..no sir we wont exchange for u..my biggest problem is that he didnt bother to find out from his system what could of happened

its only when I called my gf..who remberd the cashier s name..apparently the systems were down when she was buying..and she told the cashier I might come to exchange the jean. What irritates me the most is he denying the was a system problem.

After the cashier finally decides to remembers the was a problem..he does even bother to appologise. He just walks away. Afzaal check your facts straight before you speak. You really looked incompitent. A customer only wants to to be treated accordingly
