Last item ever to be purchased at Game Stores

Out of the last 2 products I've purchased from game, there has been nothing but headaches!!! A free standing water cooler of over R2000 was replaced after 2 days now 5 months down the line it again is non functional, on trying to return item i was informed i do not have the original slip. Well that is correct as your staff retained it when i returned it the first time! Now a Defy combi-microwave of nearly R3000 only 6 months old needs to be returned for the second time and i'm kindly informed this will take 21 days (RIDICULOUS) and again they need original slip which again they kept the first time it was repaired. NEVER AGAIN!!!
