Utterly disgusted by call centre agents!!!

I am sick and tired of JET/EDCON call centre agents.my account was overdue with R167, and I made3 calls to Jet to make arrangements. I spoke to Tshepo, who was very helpful and even gave me their account number when I told him that I want to do a transfer. regardless of the fact I made an arrangement, I still received harassing calls from agents telling me that I haven't made an arrangement. they were so rude and treated me like a criminal, not a customer. I made a transfer today and called the call centre to let them know I have paid. The treatment I received from Hlengiwe was appalling. I used my own time, but I was shouted upon by a stupide, rude, underpaid, illiterate agent who has no customer service skills at all.
