ANNOYING CALL

I have received a calls from the number 0114911135 several times.the first few times i spoke to people who told me that my account was overdue and was suprised because i know my edgars accoount is up to date, when they checked with my id number it was discovered that it was not my account but was for someone with similar name and surname.i thought it was the end of it.a few weeks later i received the calls from same number but now when i pick up they just hang up when i try to return the call it goes straight to voicemail. I have decided to settle my edgars account and close it because this is really annoying.i hope i wont be receiving such calls after that. These people are very unprofessional. Worse part of it is that i have never defaulted on my account.
