On Monday, I went about my shopping at Clicks, unwinding after a hard day's work. I needed a particular product however that product was not in stock. I enquired about this and was referred by Nozuko to C Claasen who only attended to me about 10minutes after he had been called. When he finally attended to me I enquired about the specific product, I was told to make my way to another branch for the product. What happened to customer service??? Are these employeees not put in place to assist and be brand ambassadors??? I've been a Clicks customer for a good few years now and the service that I have received was indeed below standard. I needed to request C Claasen to call me to let me know when the new stock will be available and if it could be set aside. His initial response was that he wouldn't set anything aside for me. I then said that I would be able to pick it up on that same day, his response then was totally contradictory to his initial response. C Claasen then instructed another employee to "take this lady's details". A day of some retail therapy... spoilt. I ended up leaving the store and my entire shopping basket.
