Extremely Rude Manage

I bought several items and 1 x Yum-yum 400g p/butter, on special for 16, 99 as per leaflet. At tills price is R21, 99. Cashier also rings up item 3 times, not once. This is a major problem at this Spar coz as a daily shopper I ALWAYS find barcodes at the till does not correspond with advertised prices. Rajen arrives and I tell him its poor management at this Store coz I always have to stand and wait while items are corrected. He tells me I can have the item for free and leaves. Cashier rings it up though, Rajen returns and shouts at me in an aggressive attitude, in full view of other shoppers, that I must not come and HARASS him in HIS store! I take my parcel, hand it back to Londiwe, s/visor, and take my money back and go shop at Pick n Pay. I have photos of incident at 11:15 today and will be on CCTV cameras. Rajen also shouted that the item I had was something else and not on special. He was wrong and I have proof. The assistant manager agreed that I was right. Rajen also refused to give me Harry, the owner's contact details and ignored me at his open plan office, this will also be on camera. Shopped there for 5 years now, NEVER again and am issuing a small claims court summons
