Cna in Jacaranda had a back order for 2 books I collect. I waited 4 months and still they did not have them. No call or anything. i went in every second weekend and they told me they will phone me Monday to update me on the status. Still no calls. When I went back for a credit they had 1 of the 2 books, didn`t want to credit my Edgars card but rather give me cash and they refused to exchange a duplicate book for me because they already sent them back last week. So I lost R 100 as well as all the interest paid on the books already that they refused to credit. How do these people get a job working with people. Rude, disgusting and chewing their chappies while talking to customers. They do not want to work if 4 people is on duty and 1 is working the till. I am shocked at what happened the weekend and will not go back to that CNA again. Pathetic service, assistance and staff.
