Cash crusaders rip off

We bought a lounge suit from cash converters in witbank we had it for 3 weeks when the seats fell in we contacted the supplier and asked them to help us fix it they said there was no guarantee and we must bring it back to the shop at our expense we payed R2199 for the lounge suit, now i need to use my own petrol to get it to them, we phoned them and phone call after phone call they ate my airtime they said they would follow up but if we did not phone them we would never hear anything from them, now this lounge suit i opened up at the bottom after a while to see whats going on, i found that the wood in the lounge suit had wire holding the wood together. where the springs were connected the wood was damaged, now if we sell anything they inspect it to make sure its in good condition, so how do they sell damaged goods like this? taking advantage of the general public, we eventually got the lounge suit to them and they "fixed" it, on some places it looked like the wood was pushing through the seat and it was very squeaky, i asked them if they are happy with what they have done with it, their answer was yes, so i said fine buy it back, their offer? R600 from all my expenses R600??
