Zimbi Books Pretoria BAD service!!

I have to say that Zimbi Books Pretoria gives the worst service of any gun store I have ever dealt with. I phoned them in August 2013 with regards to a firearm that I ordered from them, in September I had my name written in their order book by Raymond. I phoned them multiple times during my wait as every time I phoned or drove there I was told the gun would be there by the end of the month. In December I was contacted by Raymond to collect my firearm 5 months after I first approached them. I was ecstatic yet I was on the farm so I asked him to wait till the next day as it was a long weekend. The following day I drove to the shop to make payment just to be told that I took too long and that it was sold!! I waited 5 months for service and they couldn't wait one day for me to return home! Needless to say I was very disappointed in the way things were handled. Later that day I tried to speak to the owner of Zimbi Books but he was not available, I left multiple messages and was never phoned back. We are 3 Brothers that want to start 3 gun shooting. Zimbi Books would have made a pretty penny from us. I do not recommend this company to anyone serious about their sport.
