This is my 2nd time that I have ordered E-books from [URL Removed] where I have experience bad service. In November I ordered a book which I could only download in November after I have contacted them. The person who handled my enquiry, wanted my Adobe password as well as my Kalahari password, which I have changed later. He said that there is something wrong and they will refund me. The very same day I bought the book from Leisure Books, only to get an e-mail later that the issue was fixed and the book is available to download. So I have paid twice for the same book. On the 31st December I created a profile for my husband and he ordered 3 e-books Parcel 1 (a1001282766). The status of the order stays on 72% but the money was deducted from my Credit Card on the 31st. Until now I haven't received any feedback on my 3 e-mails or 3 phone calls. I spoke to one of the consultants, she told me that the books were not in stock. I received one e-mail informing me that for ticket references 00341037, 00341038 and 00341040 I should phone them regarding a problem. Phoned again today.
YOU KNOW WHAT??? I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED. I DON'T WANT THE BOOKS. NO DISCUSSION NEEDED ONLY REFUND PLEASE!!!
