ALL I WANT IS A SETTLEMENT LETTER URGENTLY!

Good Day;
i went to Joshua Doore yesterday to get a settlement letter, but i was denied the letter, they claim that i have to wait OVER 72 hrs!! This is wrong, they are delaying me so that they can charge interests and this is just not acceptable, i dont know why i should wait that long to get a SETTLEMENT LETTER, TO PAY THEIR ACCOUNT! Please help me.
