I purchased a bed from Joshua Doore last in May on hp of which I was paying monthly, as for their interest rate its a rip off!!! Never the less I purchased the bed and decided to free it this year April. I went to one of their branches got the settlement figure and paid it off and I also obtained a letter from one of the ladies to confirm account settled in full. After a month I recei ved a letter confirming I owe them R130 some odd I called their accounts the lady stated no it was an error she's logging a query and should be sorted out of which I received a sms with a ref no. I received a letter last month of which I ignored thinking that they printed a statement after query logged. Today I receive a statement confirming I owe R400 some odd furthermore I called their call center at 16:42 there an autoamated voice advising of their business hours but no to take the call. I think this company is pathetic and if anyones considering buying from them don't.
