I recently browsed through the Coricraft store looking for a bookcase. After about 10 mins walking through the store I had to walk to the service counter and wait for the staff to complete their conversation before asking someone for assistance. After selecting the bookcase I desired, I paid in full including the delivery charge. I was told that the bookcase will be delivered within 10 days. After 20 days not hearing from Coricraft I decided to return to the store to find out where my bookcase is and when it will be delivered. The sales lady then informed me that the bookcase was not dispatched form Cape Town as yet but I will be contacted first thing on the following day to inform me when delivery will take place. The following day has come and gone and I haven't heard anything yet. This is not the service level one would expect from a company that is in existence for over 20 years and pride themselves on being pioneers in home furnishing.
