Worst customer service and no responds!

We settled our Joshua Doore account as arranged with coombe attorneys.
We could not get a hold of the attorneys, we called, send faxes and mails and still we have no respond!
They keep on deducting money from my bank account and the account with Joshua Doore has been settled!
They still did not clear my name from debt revue!
This is very bad service from Coombe and Joshua Doore!
What should we do about this to get our money back as well as clear my name?!

We send all the proof of settlement through yet nooo response. Phoned for 4 hours straight no anwser???
