I went to Legit for an item exchange. I was helped and the item I was exchanging for was R10.00 less than the first one I bought. The payment for the first item was done by swiping my debit card. The cashier (nthabiseng) was assisting and some customers at the same time. When we were done with the exchange, I assumed that the R10 would be reversed to my bank account and left the store this was after she told me we were done. On my way home nthabiseng calls me to tell me I 'forgot' my money. She doesn't even apologise for her mistake, and tells me to come back to the store. I was already in a taxi and couldn't't. I told her this and we agreed I'd come on that monday. She wasn't there when I got there. This went on for another 3 weeks, we kept missing each other and asked one of the ladies in store and said I must speak to her only. I went there today and she tells me of how the money was banked and can't refund me. I want to know what kind of service is this and want my money back! I don't feel treated like a customer here. I want a written apology from Nthabiseng.
