I recently made a purchase online and had a problem in pick up at the store as I had received an email confirming my order was ready. However when I got to the store there was no parcel with my reference. I called the customer service line and was very frustrated, however Carusha was patient and kind and very helpful. She understood my position and offered to help further and the next day she personally sent me an email to confirm that my order was ready. I am very impressed as it would have been so easy for anyone who took my call to forget about me and not give me any feedback. She managed to turn around a feeling of disatisfaction to make a client feel valued and happy. Thank you!
