Did not do there job right and now I must wait

I had an problem with money that Game needed to repay me. It was suppose to be paid back on tuesday as promised last week. Today I hear after phoning them back 3 times that there head office didn't recive all the documents... that I sent to them... I didn't sent it game did and they said all was fine! Bad bad service and comunication!!!
