I went to Game Sandton on Tuesday and wanted to settle my Game account and close it i went to the teller and the magnetic strip didn't work and this was the 3rd card I received coz the others just also stopped work i went to the lady that works for RCS based on site at Game she called the head office and they gave her the settlement amount and then I took that amount given and i paid it in full i sent my id copy and my till slip to [Email Removed] and i have been waiting since still i have not recived anything when i call them im informed that they could not close the account coz they owed me - R00.21 cent they don't even have the decency of notifying me they just decided that they cant close it why did they give me a rounded off amount in the first place this is affect my opportunity of buying a house for my family because they don't want to do they Job I am handing this over to my Lawyers
