Pathetic service from Mr. Price

I had ordered items over the online store approximately 7 weeks ago. I had received an email saying that the item had been dispatched three days after the order. however, i had not received any delivery and hence called the call centre various times. no one had follwed up my complaint. I then received an email saying no one was available to receive the parcel. of which is untrue as i have guards 24/7 and have reveived various parcels from other suppliers. after much fighting - i had received a call yesterday to say that the couriers will be there today. However, on arrival today - they arrive saying that i am to send a parcel - and there is no parcel for me. the service it utterly unacceptable, especially from a so called reputable company.
