I recently (September) bought pots from AMC cookeware. A guy called me regarding payment and I had told him that I have not been recieving statements so I wouldnt know where to pay. I requested that he send me an email of my statements including on the where payments need to be made (banking details). I still did not recieve any for of correspondence. A few weeks later I get a call from a very rude human being by the n ame of Nadia. She calls asking me why I have not made payment and I explain to her that I spoke to one guy a few weeks later requesting that I get correspondence. She rudely responds and finallys states that she will send me correspondence. She then gives me a call on the 13 Novemeber at 14:30 and I ask her to call me back at 15:00 which she never does. On the 14/11/2013 I get a missed from a strange cell phone number. And then later get a sms saying that IT IS VERY RUDE FOR SOMEONE WITH MY POSITION AT MY COMPANY TO PHONE AND CUT A CALL. Where the does she get the right to send me such a rude message ON MY PHONE? I am ken disappointed in the way I was treated. I would like to be contacted by Nadia and get an apology. Is this how you treat your customers?
