Harasing me for payment which have been made

I've made a payment to Edgars on 1 September 2013 for R470 and accidentally used the wrong account reference of 7000100100058680000. They started phoning me in September on a daily basis to notify me that my account are overdue. First it was a pre recording with an instruction to phone them back at a number. Then it was very rude operators. The more i've tried to explain to them that I did pay my account, I have just used the incorrect reference the less they were prepared to listen to me. I've send emails on 25 September, 29 September, 3 on 14 Oct and 2 on 15 October. They still have not allocated the payment on my account and have not written back the close to R100 interest.

The call operators are very rude to me and they dont give me time to speak or try to explain anything. Can the harrassing be stopped and the error on Edgars side be fixed?
