Your staff is!!

I am a regular user of the Eastgate store but everytime I get there your frontline staff never seem to want to be there. Everytime I approach the tills they having a fat chat with there colleagues and I have to wait!! I have to announce my presence every single. I don't have an issue with people chatting during working hours but when it gets in the way of them doing their job and me getting service it becomes an issue!! I am disgusted by this as I have never had this problem at your other stores!
