HOLDING BACK OF MEDICATION

I have a six month repeat script for medication from Dis-chem Canal Walk Cape Town.
The pharmacist, Mynhard Steyn would not release my medication as he believed that I have taken tablets from Dis-chem previously and not paid for it. This is tantamount to an accusation that I "" the tablets previously.
I have experienced this problem over the past three months. On each occasion, the teller had to go to the pharmacy and reverse the overcharge prior to releasing the tablet.
A, Mr Werner van der Westhuizen, manager of the pharmacy then called and repeated the same story.
My issue is that they have an admin mess-up and ought not to hold over my medication.
Morever, it seems a blatant accusation that I walked out of the store without paying previously. This is nothing short of being slanderous.
