Clicks Gape Gates makes me pay twice for meds!

I went to get meds for my sick 2 year old. Swiped my card, said approved and then the cashier's PC crashes. Portia and Fozia adamantly tells me the money was not taken and I have to swipe my card again, so I did. After a debate of course, they are arrogant. I walk out, pull a mini statement and there it is twice a deduction of R305, pushed me in to overdraft!!! i walk back, with smug looks on their faces they say it will go back in to my account, I ask what about my bank charges??? today, more than 2 days later, Portia phones me, money still not in my account. Now she says I have to go to the bank, get a statement and the take it to them for reimbursement!!! are you kidding me??? How mush more do i need to be inconvenienced here? I told her I work fulltime and she has the nerve to ask me what aout over the weekend??? I mean really??? what kind of service is this!!! it's their error now I have to run around to get MY money from then!!! Insulting!!! They can take back their GOLD clubcard if this is the service they want to give!
