Unfriendly, Rude, Pathetic Service

I have been shopping weekly at this awful store for almost 4 months and every single time I have been met with bad attitude, rudeness and a total indifference to their customers. Yesterday I had 2 tellers arguing with each other as to who was going to collect my back order from the office. I have been told that Deon is the manager at the store but in all the time I have been in their shop I havent seen him once. I can only assume that he is also uninterested in his customers and that is the example he is setting for his staff.
