Bad service - unfriendly and useless staff

Every time I go to Mr Price Hillcrest I just know I am going to be irritated when I leave and I am right every time! The staff are rude, no one helps you, there were guys yesterday moving a bench who dropped half the stuff on the floor!!! The tellers are useless - they take their sweet time and you would think someone would be available - of the 15 odd people doing nothing in the store - to wrap fragiles for the tellers so the customer does not half to wait half an hour for the transaction and the wrapping and the security check!

Yesterday my teller forgot to give me my change - I had to remind her!

It is disgustingly managed and run - I recently went to the Mr Price home in Tyger Valley where every member of staff greeted me and was friendly and polite and helpful.
Why is the service so bad in KZN???
This store is the worst I have seen for some time. I am going to try and avoid going there!
