SHOCKING RUDENESS AND DISRESPECT OF CUSTOMERS

I am utterly shocked at the plain rudeness and disrespect of myself from almost all the staff @ Vodacom Kingsmead, I approached @ 12H49, and was told shop is closed, however the door opened when another customer walked in and i follwed as it states on the door store closes @ 13h00, only to be practically chased out of the store by staff, they were arguing amongst themselves loudly and even to the extent of shouting at each other and in full view of us (me and another gentleman) about who let us in and the store is closed, and showed such terrible nightmarish manners, the poor guy initially wanted to help but was shouted at, i asked questions, i was told i could not be helped computers where off, because I work next door, i went back and called hoping to get better service however i was told everybody is gone home like 5 seconds later, and put through some guy Veron (claiming to be a manager who did not listen and just wanted to be heard, all they kept sayign is everybody is gone home a mere 2 minutes after walking out the store. I am utterly and really in shock as I myself work with customers and never even pver the phone dream of being half as rude as the workers here.
