Being treated like rubbish by the manage

I bought goods to the value of R1500 at Jet on the 31/08/2013, i unfortunately had to return goods worth R390 the following day as they were not fitting and there was no other sizes available, first of all the staff there spoke to me in Sotho, which is not a language i understand, when the manager came, she had such an attitdute to the point that she wanted the staff to refund me in coins only, claiming she doesnt have money, and yet i saw that there was money. She then took the money that the tellers had given her, went to the back office and changed a R50 note into 2 rand coins just to spite me... I did not accept this and the tellers had to change this for me. I do not understand how this lady manages a store or even her staff if she can not even treat customers the right way, i have always loved shopping at Jet but after the treatment i got on saturday, i will never set foot at a jet store again.. and i will make sure none of my family shop at that store again, i would rather drive to Clearwater mall, at least there, we are treated as human beings not rubbish...
