Ude, unhelpful staff

My girlfriend bought some P&P brand dog food for our dog, when I checked the food I found it unsuitable for our dog as he is still a puppy. I took the food back to exchange... well what a mistake... the staff have no clue and are so rude and unhelpful so they finally called a so called manager and she was so pathetic, now I know why this store is so dirty and untidy. It took these people almost an hour to exchange the dog food and then still not pay me back the difference, i hope you can retire on the money you did me in with as I have spoken to my friends and my girlfriends family and we will all be doing our shopping elsewhere and as long as i stay in Atlantis I will make a point of telling everyone about the poor service a person receives when shopping at Pick 'n pay
