Meat with Fowl smell - Bad attitude Manage

I had shopped at your store on Monday 11/11/2013, which we normally do on a regular basis, unfortunately yesterday was a bad experience. We had purchased a pack of beef, and when we got home the meat had a very bad smell. My wife then repacked and put in the freezer so that I could return this, I decided to phone your store to inform them of this, I spoke to the Manager of the Butchery (Raj) who has no clue what customer service is, he is rude and tells me that they cut meat daily, I then got very annoyed because he made it seem like I'm telling, why would I inconvenience myself by driving back to guys for meat that was worth R100 -. Clearly he needs training on how to deal with customers, because I'm one of those people that understand that these things happen, but when you at fault do not become defensive.

Absolutely poor service and poor quality meat.
