On the 4th of September 2013 we purchased 2 items from @home, were told that will be receive the items on the 24th of September, never happened. No correspondence from the shop informing us that there is going to be a delay. Today is the 12th of November 2013 was told delivery will be just after one time now 16h00, took half day from work waiting for them, corresponded with shop to no avail. Driver gets here with the items and one of the items is damaged. What made it worse is that this was reported to head office that was informing us that this issue will be revolved, joke of the year never got back to us. Lack of service delivery. After paying almost R8000 cash for two items from @ home, is the service we deserve, and do you do it to all your customers.
