Staff do not know a thing about customer service

My husband is the account holder with Edgars and we wanted to use our Club membership to watch a movie. Unfortunately the card would not go through and Sterkinekor said we need to go to Edgars.

The person at Edgars barely greeted us and said that they do not have stock. She was "not sure who else has stock" and she was "not sure" when they would get stock. This is appalling. I expect her to put in the effort of phoning at least one or two branches to find out whether they could assist or to ask the manager when they would get stock.

Do you even train your staff on customer service? She had no people skills and her stance was inappropriate for someone in customer service.

Terrible experience!
