T-Shirts

We ordered and paid Billy Talent T-shirts from Hilltop live on 27 August 2013. In October the t-shirts were ready and I went to pick them up. When I picked them iup there was one t-shirts short and the staff assured me they order another and come and drop it at my house. On Tuesday 19 November 2013 I enquired about my t-shirt and nobody had a clue what i was talking about. The staff put me trhough tou Nicol, who is the manager, and assured me they will order a new one and come back to me before close off busiess that day. I also explained to him that 2 of the t-shirts I received were Xl but they do not fit my children who normally where a Large and XL. size. I wanterd thjem to exchange thses t-shirts as well. i am still waiting for any response regarding this matter. I also sent Nicol ane-mail with my complaint and he has my details. Ken Wessels ordewred the t-shirst and I picked them up. I am Dellorin bornman
