Watch Repai

On 17 September 2013 I handed my Sterling watch in for repairs. I was told if I do not hear from them in 10 days the repairs is less than R150 and they will repair the watch and I will have it back within 10 days. I waited for 3 weeks, went to see them and was told that the repairs will cost R365. I told them fix it! I was again told 10 days. It is now 13 November 2013, I still have heard nothing!!! The phone just rings! I have left numerous messages.

What is happening? Where is my watch? The repair number is: 35055
