My wife bought a dress from Truworths for R450, after. One wash the dress shrunk by about 20 centimetres.
The dress was taken into the lenasia store. She was offered a cedit of R170, She refused o accept the amount and was asked to speak to the area. Manager, who was utterly unprofessional and arrogant.instead of pacifying the customer he arrogantly told her that if you do not accept the R170 then. " I revoke the offer of R170. He claims he was doing her a favour by givingoffering her R170 for a R450 dress. I can't believe the audacity and lack of courtesy shown by a manager.
