Bought my child a dress and it didn't fit her. Sent my sister to exchage it, with the receipt but they refused to exchage it because she didn't have my card which was swiped when purchasing. A week later she went back, with the card but unfortunately we had lost the receipt and they refused to exchange it. The manager was not helpful, didn't even care that they have been sending us from pillar to post. We not asking for a refund we just need to exchange. They are just pathetic, even my nanny gets a royal treatment at shops like Jet. What am I expected to do with such an expensive dress that my child will never fit in? Does Zara understand customer service 101? Do they understand their competition? SA shops offer much better service than you, maybe closing the shop and going back where you come from would not be a bad idea afterall.
