Poor quality material

We purchased a beautiful red and white dress in December for my daughter.the washing instructions states clearly that the dress should be dry cleaned only.on the first dry clean visit the decorations fell off, 2nd dry clean visit this week the dress no longer has white dots and has turned red, all the white dots and guess decorations and signs have faded off.
The dress should be good quality, my child only wore the dress twice but now the dress she loves cannot be worn any where anymore!!!

It is sad to see how much was spent on a beautiful dress with poor quality...
