Incompetent service received from makro staff

I went shopping today and bought a tshirt at makro which had an incomplete barcode, the cashier tried to get hold of a supervisor which she took forever to com and she was not able to assist, I found the service to be so disgusting as we waited for about a hour for a correct barcode.in future makro should ensure that they have competent staff and correct barcodes on items as I'm upset about the disgusting service I experienced today, I'm even considering if I should continue being a customer at makro.
