Pharmicist with an EXTREMELY bad attitude

I've been a regular clicks client for many many years, but have never had such bad service as I had on Saturday 9th at the pharmacy in Plumstead. Number 1, being called "next", ( not next customer please) in a miserable voice, miserable face, no smile, speaking in her pharmaceutical terms, whereby I had to ask her thrice what it meant that she was waffling on about, and then just being told "I can't help you" we don't have nappy or nappi (I don't know) codes for this product.
They'll never see me in their store again and will do all my shopping at Dischem in future.
