How to waste my weekends time

As a family we wanted to catch up on vitality and do the health assessment. We called our local Dis-Chem to find out if they have a sister available and times.
We spoke to the sister who told us to pop in any time from 8-00 as early as possible as it gets busy. So we arrived 08h15 only to find out we needed to book an appointment!! What!!! we called and spoke to you!!! Nope well you did not ask for an appointment! Shocking waste of our time, imagine in the perfect world we could charge suppliers for wasting our time!!!
