Great customer Service

Well let me start off by saying a job well done. I went to shop at BT games on saturday 2014/01/25 looking for a new game for my ps3. The manager Lourens assisted me looking around and tried showing me Battelfield 4 (R699) but it had to install shoftwar on his machine. I went around to Incredible conetions and got the game there. Well i went back to the shop to see what I can get my boys to play and as I wanted to pay an other client was intrested in battelfield 4 and the ladies behind the till showed him an expansion pack on battelfield 4 R200 less and a great deal to buy. i asked them about this and the ladies said yes she will let me know as they would have to do a buy back I totally forgot that i did not buy my game at BT Games. Well bottom line she phoned me and informed me that because I got the game just a few hours back they will refund me in total and i can get the expension pack and also the played games for my kids. Unfortunatly I realized that I got the game for other shop. but the way they assisted me is awsome. we def need more people in our stores like them thats willing to help and not only sell. great Job ladies well done and thanks for the help
