Placed an order for books with [URL Removed] on 31.01.2013. Received confirmation of estimated date of delivery to be 22.02.2013 (nearly one month?). Kalahari confirmed on 05.03.2013 that sourcing of a particular book is delaying the order and confirmed new estimated date of delivery to be 11.03.2013. No further communication or delivery received thus I send them a reminder on 13.03.2013. Received a standard apology mail, dated 13.03.2013, reading "apologies for the inconvenience, will provide feedback, thank you for shopping with Kalahari, etc, bla, bla. and nothing further. Requested [URL Removed] on 19.03.2013 to cancel the order and to refund my money. No response, nothing, seems that they do not deal with complaining customers. This is pretty pathetic and I will not ever make use of them again..
