Sportcene amateurs ruining my happiness

I went to sportcene to settle down the instalment that i had and explained to the staff member by the name of kabelo that i even want to close the account as i will no longer be able to continue paying due to my financial reasons.

What surprised me was that he never requested my I D number or my previous slips, he gladly assured me that he closed the account, not until i went to apply for the vehicle application were i was told that my name was listed on the ITC due to sportcene account.meaning the guy failed to do what I requested, whereas I even asked how much am i left with and i paid the amount in full

when going back to sportcene to check my account status it showed that the amount due was R150, i requested to pay so I can be cleared, but the lady by the name of Eunice refused and told me that Kabelo is an amateur and he is no longer working with them, she gave me the numbers to contact them but to no avail.its been five months now trying to reach the numbers that they provided
