No call back as yet

I bought a cellphone from Sportscene in October and it was working fine, until 21/03/2013 and then it just died on me, so I just thought its a flat battery but i put on charge for a while then left it and when i tried switching it on it didn't wanna go on. I took it to Sportscene at westgate on 23/03/2013 and they said they will take it for repairs and hey would call me back on Monday the 25/03/2013 but I never got a call back so i went to the shop and non of the staff members there have a turnaround time for me there and i now have to use a secondary fone which i am waiting for my phone for two weeks now and still my phone is not back or not yet replaced. Sportcene service when it comes to cellphone handsets, I think they should just stick to clothing and sneakers.
