TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM DIAL A BED

My parents who are pensioners moved to Henley on Klip a few months ago and finally had some funds to order their much awaited Queen bed. I used Dial a Bed due to the "perceived" brand name & quality of service. I ordered the bed on 16 May was given a two week delivery time with a third week being a possibility in case of various things. 2 weeks came and went no bed and no phone call. My mom had to call again and was told it was 3 weeks no apology etc - & was given a date of today (7 June) - again no bed another phone call later and now the new delivery date is Tuesday (not holding our breath)! In the meantime they sent an email about their dissatisfaction and still NO RESPONSE. They have obvioulsy become complacement and arrogant. I WILL NOT be using them again ever. Breaking news - this is a buyer's market with retailers competing to give you good price and services and bargins a click away and we don't have to put up with this bad service. I regret ordering my parent's bed through Dial-a-Bed and putting them through this bad experience.
