FNB ACCOUNT DEBITED WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION

Who the gave DMC the right to debit my FNB account on the 13th of January nogal??? Some guy claiming that I have a Sportcene account popped up at my workplace last December and I informed him that the debt he is going on about has prescribed. I filled in the form he brought with him - stating PRESCRIPTION and made a copy of it and kept it. Nowhere in that form did I authorize a debit order from the!!! THE DEBT HAS PRESCRIBED - a long time ago, so stop debiting my account or I will take further actions because you do not even have paperwork that has been signed by me to authorize this debit!!!
